The Area Business Development Director is responsible for identifying potential referral sources within a defined market that will provide high-quality leads; qualify potential, and prioritize accounts, based on the communities' needs and services. In addition, he or she will be responsible for strategic account development for high potential referral sources. The Area Business Development Director will be the “face” of Commonwealth Senior Living for many organizations.
This is a position that will require being on one’s feet or in the car for significant stretches of time.
Road Warrior by day with approximately 25%-50% Overnight Travel will be involved.
