The Assistant Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for the marketing, sales planning and execution for the community.  The Assistant Sales and Marketing Director works closely with all levels of the organization to ensure the community's image and reputation are stellar and works in line with company values to make the community the desired option for all propective residents and their families.

  • Knowledge of the workings and operation of the long-term care industry
  • Stellar communication skills – considered by others to be excellent in verbal, written and interpersonal area
  • Bachelor’s degree in the healthcare field OR two years of sales experience would be ideal
  • Previous customer service experience and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Competent in time management skills, good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new application.  Ability to work independently.
