    We are looking for someone that is passionate about people and meeting a growing need for our senior population and their families. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Sales and Marketing Director in managing the community's sales and maketing database. He or she will provide exceptional Community Experiences to prospective residents and their families as well as ensure each resident's move-in is smooth and successful. The Sales Coordinator will obtain all required move-in paperwork and maintain all appropriate sales collateral. He or she will aid in supporting events and external business development. The Sales Coordinator helps ensure the community’s image and reputation are stellar and works in line with company values to make the community the desired option for all prospective residents and their families. Every associate is a Culture Ambassador!     • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare field, One (1) year sales experience.
    • Knowledge of the workings and operation of the long-term care industry.
    • Genuine interest in caring for seniors or improving the lives of seniors.
    • Previous customer service experience- demonstration of customer service skill set
      • Ability to handle multiple priorities
      • Possess excellent phone communication skills, written and verbal skills for effective communication a
      • Ability to facilitate small group presentations
      • Competent in organizational, time management skills
      •  Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
      • Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applicationsAbility to work independently
      • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
