    Do you have a true passion for planning, developing, and preparing a variety of exercise, social, recreational and educational events? Our activity assistants get to life this daily!. They work hard to establish and maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and staff. They also works closely with the Resident Care Director to document any changes in behavior or condition of the residents.

    The main objective of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director in leading and executing the Activities program for the community. You will serve residents, their families, and other team members daily providing information and support. This position often grows into leadership opportunities at our communitites through following in the steps of the Activities Director or Programming Director. Potential to move into regional support roles is also possible!

    We are looking for a part-time Activitiy Assistant to join our team! This part-time position's schedule is every other weekend.

    Qualifications

    • Caring about people. Previous work with seniors would be fantastic!

    • Possess a spirit of cooperation and enthusiasm
    • An Activity Director Certification or a degree in Recreational Therapy would be ideal!
