    Do you love the hospitality and food & beverage industry? The Dining Services Associates (Servers) in our communities do too!  Their role is to get to know and serve our residents in their home. They also support the creation and execution of our signature dining services programs. These team members provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional and memorable dining experience for all of our residents. We serve Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner as well as two snacks, seven days a week. No late nights or super early mornings! This position often grows into leadership opportunities at our communities through following in the steps of the Dining Services Director.

     

    We are seeking a hard working individual, whom is a team player and willing to working with great customer service skills. Flexible schedule and serious about what they do.

    Full time/Part-time 

    Full time receives our benefits package for full time associates which include affordable health and dental insurance within 30 days of hire.  Free life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, extra pay for holidays, 401k with company match as well as continuing education. 

     

    Requirements: 

     

    * High School Diploma or GED

    *Prior dining service experience preferred, but not required

    *Food Handler Certificate required
